Yarin – Contratto di licenza con l'utente finale (app Android)
Il presente Contratto di licenza ("EULA") è un accordo tra te e Dark Tower Interactive S.r.l. ("Dark Tower", "noi") che regola l'uso dell'app Yarin (pacchetto com.darktower.yarin, l'"App"). Installando o usando l'App accetti questo EULA. Se non lo accetti, non installare né usare l'App.
1. Cos'è l'App
L'App è un'applicazione gratuita di accompagnamento per Yarin AI (plugin per Unreal Engine) e Yarin Studio in esecuzione sul tuo PC. Mostra e comanda, tramite una connessione peer-to-peer cifrata, la sessione attiva sul tuo computer. Non funziona da sola. Yarin AI e Yarin Studio per PC, ed eventuali abbonamenti, sono regolati da termini propri e non da questo EULA.
2. Licenza
Ti concediamo una licenza personale, non esclusiva, non trasferibile, revocabile e gratuita per installare e usare l'App su dispositivi Android di tua proprietà o sotto il tuo controllo, per uso personale o professionale, nel rispetto di questo EULA e dei Termini di servizio di Google Play.
3. Limitazioni
Non puoi: (a) copiare, modificare, tradurre o creare opere derivate dall'App, salvo quanto consentito dalla legge; (b) decompilare, disassemblare o decodificare l'App, salvo nei limiti inderogabili di legge (incluso l'art. 64-quater della L. 633/1941); (c) noleggiare, vendere, concedere in sublicenza o distribuire l'App; (d) rimuovere avvisi di proprietà; (e) usare l'App per violare la legge o diritti altrui, o per interferire con reti e servizi dell'App o di terzi.
4. Contenuti generati dall'AI
Le risposte mostrate nell'App sono generate da un'intelligenza artificiale nella sessione del tuo PC e possono essere inesatte, incomplete o inappropriate. Verificale prima di farci affidamento, soprattutto per codice e questioni tecniche o legali. Sei responsabile dell'uso che ne fai. Puoi segnalare contenuti problematici a info@darktowerinteractive.com.
5. Proprietà intellettuale
L'App, il suo codice, la grafica, i nomi e i loghi (inclusi "Yarin" e "Dark Tower Interactive") appartengono a Dark Tower o ai suoi licenzianti. Tutto ciò che non è espressamente concesso è riservato. Unreal Engine è un marchio di Epic Games, Inc.; Yarin non è affiliato né approvato da Epic Games.
6. Servizi di terzi
L'App usa componenti e servizi di terzi, come server relay pubblici per la connessione peer-to-peer, Google ML Kit (lettura del QR sul dispositivo) e i servizi vocali del dispositivo. Il loro uso è soggetto anche ai termini dei rispettivi fornitori. I componenti open source sono concessi con le proprie licenze.

8. Aggiornamenti e disponibilità
Possiamo aggiornare, modificare o interrompere l'App in qualsiasi momento. Alcuni aggiornamenti possono essere necessari per continuare a usarla.
9. Garanzia
L'App è gratuita e fornita "così com'è" e "come disponibile". Nei limiti di legge, non garantiamo che funzioni senza interruzioni o errori o che sia compatibile con ogni dispositivo o configurazione del PC. Nulla in questo EULA limita i diritti che hai come consumatore secondo norme inderogabili, incluso il Codice del Consumo (D.Lgs. 206/2005).
10. Responsabilità
Nei limiti di legge, Dark Tower non risponde di danni indiretti, perdita di dati, mancato guadagno o danni derivanti dall'uso dei contenuti generati dall'AI. Resta ferma la responsabilità per dolo o colpa grave (art. 1229 c.c.) e ogni responsabilità che la legge non consente di escludere.
11. Cessazione
La licenza cessa automaticamente se violi questo EULA. Puoi farla cessare in qualsiasi momento disinstallando l'App. Le sezioni 3, 5, 9, 10 e 12 restano valide dopo la cessazione.
12. Legge e foro
Questo EULA è regolato dalla legge italiana. Per i consumatori è competente il foro del luogo di residenza o domicilio del consumatore in Italia, e restano applicabili le tutele inderogabili del Paese di residenza del consumatore. In tutti gli altri casi è competente in via esclusiva il foro di Castrovillari.

Yarin – End User License Agreement (Android app)
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is an agreement between you and Dark Tower Interactive S.r.l. ("Dark Tower", "we") governing your use of the Yarin mobile app (package com.darktower.yarin, the "App"). By installing or using the App you accept this EULA. If you do not accept it, do not install or use the App.
1. What the App is
The App is a free companion for Yarin AI (the Unreal Engine plugin) and Yarin Studio running on your own PC. It shows and controls, over an encrypted peer-to-peer connection, the session running on your computer. It does not work on its own. Yarin AI and Yarin Studio for PC, and any subscription to them, are governed by their own terms, not by this EULA.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, free licence to install and use the App on Android devices you own or control, for your personal or professional use, under this EULA and the Google Play Terms of Service.
3. Restrictions
You may not: (a) copy, modify, translate or create derivative works of the App, except as permitted by law; (b) decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the App, except to the extent allowed by mandatory law (including Art. 64-quater of Italian Law 633/1941); (c) rent, sell, sublicense or distribute the App; (d) remove proprietary notices; (e) use the App to violate the law or the rights of others, or to interfere with the App's or third parties' networks and services.
4. AI-generated content
Answers shown in the App are generated by artificial intelligence on your PC session and may be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate. Check them before relying on them, especially for code, technical or legal matters. You are responsible for how you use them. You can report problematic content to info@darktowerinteractive.com.
5. Intellectual property
The App, its code, design, names and logos (including "Yarin" and "Dark Tower Interactive") belong to Dark Tower or its licensors. Everything not expressly granted is reserved. Unreal Engine is a trademark of Epic Games, Inc.; Yarin is not affiliated with or endorsed by Epic Games.
6. Third-party services
The App uses third-party components and services, such as public relay servers for the peer-to-peer connection, Google ML Kit (on-device QR reading) and your device's speech services. Their use is also subject to the respective providers' terms. Open-source components are licensed under their own licences.
7. Privacy

8. Updates and availability
We may update, change or discontinue the App at any time. Some updates may be required to keep using it.
9. Warranty
The App is free and provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device or PC setup. Nothing in this EULA limits the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law, including the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Dark Tower is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, loss of profit or damages arising from the use of AI-generated content. Liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence (Art. 1229 of the Italian Civil Code), and any liability that cannot be excluded by law, remain unaffected.
11. Termination
This licence ends automatically if you breach this EULA. You may end it at any time by uninstalling the App. Sections 3, 5, 9, 10 and 12 survive termination.
12. Law and jurisdiction
This EULA is governed by Italian law. For consumers, the competent court is that of the consumer's place of residence or domicile in Italy, and mandatory protections of the consumer's country of residence remain applicable. In all other cases, the court of Castrovillari (Italy) has exclusive jurisdiction.
